Dr. Özcan is a member of the Cologne Bar Association and focusses on commercial law and labour law as well as real estate and bankruptcy matters.
Dr. Özcan studied law and received his Dr. of Law degree at the University of Cologne, Germany.
Dr. Özcan worked as lawyer in the former law office of PriceWaterhouseCoopers Veltins, Frankfurt and Grooterhorst Rechtsanwaelte, Düsseldorf. Dr. Özcan founded his own office in 2002. He speaks German, Turkish, English and French.
He has published a reference book concerning labour law: Erkrankung von Arbeitnehmern im Europäischen Ausland (Employee illness abroad within Europe), Nomos-Verlag, 2000.
